SERVICES

We deliver human-focused cyber security services to strengthen your organisation’s first line of defence.

RESEARCHING

Open-source intelligence (OSINT), together with social media intelligence (SOCMINT) can be defined as information acquired from mulitiple publicly available sources and subsequently analysed to provide useful intelligence, which can in turn be used to initiate further information acquisition or other related tasks.

Both OSINT and SOCMINT have become critical due to the widespread use of Internet-enabled mobile devices and the associated prevalence of social media for the sharing of information and communication.

HOW WE CAN HELP

We can undertake a pre-employment social media assessment of potential employees’ online social media footprints, which can be used to determine whether they are a suitable fit for your organisation.

Our c-suite & HNWI online footprint assessment provides a comprehensive analysis of executives' digital exposure, identifying publicly available information, breached credentials, social media risks, and data broker listings that threat actors could exploit for cyber attacks or reputational harm.

All activities are carried out by experienced and certified OSINT analysts using industry best-practice methodologies and processes.  All research activities are carried out in full compliance with relevant legislation.

HRT RESEARCH

INFLUENCING

Social engineering has been defined as “…using manipulation, influence and deception to get a person…to comply with a request, and the request is usually to release information or to perform some sort of action item that benefits that attacker”.

Given the prevalence of social engineering-based attacks in recent times, organisations must understand the risks to both their organisations and specific individuals who may be more susceptible to this type of attack.

HOW WE CAN HELP

A social engineering audit encompasses many of our services.

From confirmation of the scope and initial organisational and/or personal reconnaissance through to profile analysis, creation of appropriate pretexts, ethical target exploitation and subsequent report, our audit can highlight areas of potential people weakness and show areas for improvement to reduce the risk to an organisation and its employees.

HRT INFLUENCING

TRAINING

The importance of organisations providing quality education and training in human security should not be underestimated.  Annual 'awareness training by PowerPoint' has been shown to be ineffective in ensuring that messages are both understood and good practices adopted on a continual basis.

Regular and ongoing education/training is key to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills to be continually aware of the 'human risks' and how to minimise them.

HOW WE CAN HELP

Our ethical social engineering training courses are delivered through interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and hands-on exercises where relevant. They allow delegates to understand and counteract social engineering tactics effectively.

By engaging in practical exercises in the advanced course, such as information gathering and role-playing scenarios, delegates gain the skills needed to identify, analyse, and mitigate human-centric cyber threats in their organisations.
